I enjoyed how poignant the advice is for working with people in any sized team, regardless of the role being leadership or an equal teammate. While I could see how much it resonated with the time I worked in a lead role in my past, it still resonated with my experience while collaborating with my peers for research projects in small teams.

Seems like another primitive that could be used in place of an LLM where classification/decision-making is the main work. Looks like it's going to supercharge existing agentic flows better by complementing LLMs' language capabilities with performant informed-decision-making capabilities.
